All goods purchased at CAVOUR can be returned within 14 days after having received the goods. Make sure that the product is still in perfect condition with undamaged packaging and tags still attached.
Christmas gifts can be Exchanged until the 10th of January. You can get a giftcard that can be used online or in our stores or change to any other product in our online store www.cavour.co. Full refund is valid in the time frame of 14days after the purchase.
Here is the whole return process:
1.Make sure that the product is unused and that all labels are still intact and in order.
2.Place the product in the box. You can use either a paper box or plastic shipement bags. Shoe boxes must NOT be returned without a protecting cover such as a paper box.

4.Use the order number you recieved in your order shipment email, for example: ”P1234” + the email address you used when placing your order.
5.Further, you must choose the products you want to return. If you want to change for a different size you do that here as well.
6.NB: If you want to exchange to another product we recommend that you place a new order so that the product does not sell out while you are waiting for your returned order.
7.Print all the documents (4) included. The shipment label & invoices (x3) goes in the plastic pocket that followed the shipment. Attach the plastic pocket outside of the box that you are returning. (NB: The driver wants one copy of the waybill and one copy of the invoice). Attach two invoices in the plastic pocket along with the waybill.
8.The easiest way to send your package is to deliver it directly to a DHL Service point. It only works when you have the waybill printed out and attached to your box. You will find your closest location at: locator.dhl.com
9.You can also call your local DHL Express office to schedule a pickup. Go to this address to find your local office: dhl.com/en/contact_center/contact_express.html

Repayment and Refunds
If you choose to return the goods purchased from Cavour we will refund your payments no later than 30 days after we receive the goods. Refunds will be provided back to your credit card, Klarna account or PayPal account.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not match with these criteria: Place the product in a padded shipping box or padded envelope. Enclose the original sales receipt to the product. Print the waybill and invoices (3 invoices to be attached with each return).
Returns can also be done in the Klarna App with a single tap.
Express Worldwide Shipping
Cavour offer FREE worldwide shipping on all national and international orders with DHL Express above EUR 150, USD 170 & GBP 150 .
On orders below the mentioned above we charge fixed shipping fee of EUR 15, USD 15, GBP 15 (no other charges).
All goods ordered will be shipped at the latest the day after (Monday-Friday) and be delivered within 1-2 days with DHL Express. Goods ordered online can also be picked up at our stores in Oslo.
DHL Express delivers directly at your door within 1-2 days. If you are not home, DHL will call you to arrange another drop off.

In cases, you as a customer believe that the delivery is delayed in such a way that you no longer wish to fulfill the order, it is your responsibility to cancel the order. In cases where the order has been dispatched, the customer is required to receive the order. Cancellation is not valid until the customer has confirmed with Cavour either by email or telephone. If a product has been discontinued Cavour has the right to cancel the purchase and refund the paid amount to the customer. Cavour will notify the customer of a replacement or equivalent products if available.
It is important that you as a customer carefully check your goods / products when you receive your shipment in order to verify that the products are not damaged and correct. If your product is damaged in transport, whether the damage is visible or hidden, you must report this as soon as possible to the carrier. If you receive your item and see that it is damaged or does not match the one you ordered or, you shall also contact us within 14 days from receiving the product.

Defective products returned to Cavour should be treated as if they were faultless. It is in all types of returns extremely important that the product is packaged in such a way that it cannot be damaged during transit. In the case that a returned product has no errors or faults. Cavour has the right to replace defective goods with goods of the same model. If the item has been discontinued, the customer will receive a full refund.
Cavour responsibility for errors in connection to delivery is limited to existing conditions of sale. Cavour bears no direct or indirect responsibility for example, but not limited too, incompatibility, delivery delays, downtime, data loss, additional work or other economic harm.
Cavour shall be exempt from liability for damages and other penalties on the performance of the contract prevented, hindered or delayed by circumstances beyond our control. All products remain in Cavour property until full payment is made.
